These general terms and conditions apply to the quotelife.si online store, user rights, and the business relationship between the Provider and the Buyer. By making any transaction on this website, the Buyer agrees that he is familiar with the general terms and conditions and has consented to them without reservation. The general terms and conditions of the quotelife.si online store have been prepared in line with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-OCT2), based on recommendations of the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce and the international policy for e-commerce. The Provider at the online storequotelife.si is Nika Ferš, s.p., Bezjakova 101, 2341 Limbuš, Slovenia, Europe, VAT number: SI37468260 .The Buyer is any person that places an order and receives confirmation of the order from the Provider. The Provider is committed to continually safeguarding Users’ personal information. The Provider shall use personal information solely to fill orders (send information, offers, and invoices) and for necessary communication. User information shall not be given to unauthorized persons under any circumstances.
The data which is submitted by the user via forms found at the web pages quotelife.si or via any other way (by e-mail, telephone etc.) are confidential and are treated in concordance with the valid Slovene legislation. We will protect the personal data and prevent their misuse. The personal data will be used only for the purposes approved by the user. The user himself is also responsible for the safety of personal data by making sure that his user name and password are safe.
All the transactions are made securely through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account or credit cards, you can pay with cash on delivery/COD (Slovenia only) or use bank transfer.
After order submission, you will receive your order confirmation message. Make sure everything is filled in correctly, and send us an email if you notice any errors.
All the packages are shipped via The Post of Slovenia. The packages sent within Slovenia include tracking numbers. However, worldwide packages are sent without tracking numbers, so that we can give you the lowest possible shipping cost. If you would like to track packages outside of Slovenia, please contact us.
Estimated delivery time
We try to send the package immediately the next day after ordering. The estimated delivery time is thus a maximum of 2 to 3 days. For orders abroad, the delivery time takes a little longer, sometimes from 2 to 3 weeks; therefore, we ask for your understanding and patience.
When ordering larger quantities, the online store system automatically calculates the shipping cost. We offer free shipping for orders above 40€.
Fees and other additional costs
Additional costs may arise due to each country’s policy. Unfortunately, these extra costs have to be covered by you.
Replacement and returns
We are constantly trying our best to satisfy your needs. However, if you are not satisfied with the product you received or you have changed your mind, you may return it within eight days.
– the returned product should be in its original condition and in the package you received;
– the return shipping cost is covered by you;
– the package is your responsibility until it is delivered to the following address: Nika Ferš s. p., Bezjakova 101, 2341 Limbuš, Slovenia (if you return the package, you should enable tracking);
– you attach the product receipt with your name and address on it and specify which product -you are interested in (if you want to replace your product).
You will be reimbursed for the payment you have made (purchase cost and shipping cost) within 30 days, starting with the day we received the returned package. If you only want to replace the product, we will send the new product within 5 days.
Although all of our products are manufactured and shipped with great care and precision, errors may still occur, so we kindly ask you to review the product after receiving it. If you notice any damage, please let us know. We will speed up the process if you add a photo of the damage. As soon as the return of our product is approved, you may send it to us at our expense. You should enable tracking for your shipment.

Complaints and disputes

The service provider will strive to the best of its ability to ensure that all disputes are resolved amicably.
