All the transactions are made securely through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account or credit cards, you can pay with cash on delivery/COD (Slovenia only) or use bank transfer.

Order confirmation
After order submission, you will receive your order confirmation message. Make sure everything is filled in correctly, and send us an email if you notice any errors.

All the packages are shipped via The Post of Slovenia. The packages sent within Slovenia include tracking numbers. However, worldwide packages are sent without tracking numbers, so that we can give you the lowest possible shipping cost. If you would like to track packages outside of Slovenia, please contact us.

Estimated delivery time
We try to send the package immediately the next day after ordering. The estimated delivery time is thus a maximum of 2 to 3 days. For orders abroad, the delivery time takes a little longer, sometimes from 2 to 3 weeks; therefore, we ask for your understanding and patience.

Shipping costs
When ordering larger quantities, the online store system automatically calculates the shipping cost. We offer free shipping for orders above 40€.

Fees and other additional costs
Additional costs may arise due to each country’s policy. Unfortunately, these extra costs have to be covered by you.

Replacement and returns

We are constantly trying our best to satisfy your needs. However, if you are not satisfied with the product you received or you have changed your mind, you may return it within eight days.

Remember that:
• the returned product should be in its original condition and in the package you received;
• the return shipping cost is covered by you;
• the package is your responsibility until it is delivered to the following address: Nika Ferš s. p., Bezjakova 101, 2341 Limbuš, Slovenia (if you return the package, you should enable tracking);
• you attach the product receipt with your name and address on it and specify which product you are interested in (if you want to replace your product).

You will be reimbursed for the payment you have made (purchase cost and shipping cost) within 30 days, starting with the day we received the returned package. If you only want to replace the product, we will send the new product within 5 days.

Damaged package
Although all of our products are manufactured and shipped with great care and precision, errors may still occur, so we kindly ask you to review the product after receiving it. If you notice any damage, please let us know. We will speed up the process if you add a photo of the damage. As soon as the return of our product is approved, you may send it to us at our expense. You should enable tracking for your shipment.
